We stand behind the quality of our parts and aim to provide a smooth buying experience. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
- The item must be uninstalled, unmodified, and complete
- All original markings, seals, and tags must remain intact
- The return must include the original invoice or proof of purchase
Any item that has been installed, altered, disassembled, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Electrical components (ECUs, modules, wiring harnesses, sensors, etc.)
- Deposits
- Special order or custom items
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at thepartsprosllc@gmail.com with your order details.
- Returns must be approved prior to being sent back
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Shipping & Freight
- All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We are not responsible for any labor, installation, or diagnostic costs
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Claims made after installation or outside the inspection window may be denied.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or denial
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
Important Notes
- Returns sent without authorization will be refused
- Condition and completeness are strictly enforced due to the nature of used auto parts
- Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility—please verify part numbers before purchase
