Returns
Unfortunately, after having dealt with many fraudulent transactions, we decided to mark all our items with tamper evident labels or other tamper evident markings in an effort to protect ourselves and our customers. Please do not remove these markings unless you are absolutely certain you want to keep the item. Returns will not be processed if the labels are tampered/missing regardless of the situation. If any evidence is found of an attempt to defraud us, a police report and an IC3 complaint will be filed. We are sorry to take such drastic measures but theft of this nature is very harmful to small businesses like ours. Please do not take this as us giving our customers a hard time with returns. We are not here to give you a hard time and will continue to make every effort to provide hassle free returns.
- Do not remove any tamper evident labels or markings unless you are sure you want to keep the item. If there is any sign of tampering with the labels or if they are missing when sent back, no refund will be issued. We will not process returns for any item where the tamper labels are removed/tampered regardless of the situation.
- In the rare case an item is found to be defective, the refund amount will only be for the original purchase price. We will not cover any labor costs, diagnostics, towing, rental car or any other expenses related to an item being defective or damaged.
- If an item is found to be defective, we will cover return shipping costs. Upon receiving the item back, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. This is strict store policy and we will not go against it. Please be patient with us on these returns.
- For all returns other than a mistake made on our end, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will not be issued until after the item is returned to us. Please do not expect a return until after we receive the item back.
